Confidentiality and data protection

As a professional team, all information we have about you is held in confidence. It is not released to people outside Jimmy’s, except as agreed in the Licence Agreement or as required under applicable law.

Jimmy’s will maintain this information and confidentiality even after a person ceases to be a guest.

Jimmy’s will take all reasonable precautions to ensure that your privacy is protected. However, if you disclose something about yourself it will be shared within the team as appropriate.

It is Jimmy’s policy to obtain data fairly. Personal data collected from you on registration and throughout your stay at Jimmy’s will be used to:

  • Support you
  • Work with other professionals relating to your health, housing and benefits as long as this does not disadvantage you
  • To provide, maintain or terminate the licence agreement made between you and Jimmy’s
  • For the purpose of equal opportunities monitoring, complying with statutes, statistical reporting or pursuing the legitimate interest of Jimmy’s

It is your right to access any information you have given to Jimmy’s and you can take action to rectify, block, erase or destroy inaccurate information. If you want to access or change inaccurate information, you will need to write to  Jimmy’s CEO.
